
Elaine Cassandra
Dr. Elaine Cassandra was born and raised in Georgia, where she attended the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) for both her bachelor's degree in Animal Science, and her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. After graduation, she moved to Charlotte, NC to begin her career as a small animal general practitioner.
Her special interests include orthopedics, soft tissue surgery, and geriatric care. Dr. Cassandra also worked at the UGA Veterinary Teaching Hospital in the Rehabilitation/Physical Therapy service for 6 years, and she continues to enjoy incorporating these therapies into her patient care. Dr. Cassandra's goal is to provide exceptional care for both her patients and their human family.
In her free time, Dr. Cassandra enjoys traveling and any restaurant with good food. She also enjoys spending time with her family, as well as curling up with a good book and her four cats.
